January 1, 1996 may be written in golden letters in the history of this temple. On this auspicious day, the devotees had the first chance to offer their prayers at this place. As you enter the gate your first opportunity is to perform abhishekh of the largest Shivling in North America. In the next segment of your visit you will experience a phenomenon-a dazzling scene of adorable deities sharing a common platform. This arrangement is an unusual concept for a traditional Hindu temple.
On a regular basis devotees come for Darshan, Abhishekh, Puja, Paath, meditation, other rituals and seek spiritual guidance from the priests. On major events like Maha Shivratri, Holi, Navratri, Bhagwan Ram Navmi and Shri Krishan Janam ashtmi, Ganesh Utsav, Durga Ashtmi, Karva Chauth, Diwali, Ann Kutt (Govardhan Puja), Mahavir Jayanti and Laxmi Pujan families and friends visit the temple in groups through out the day.
